On April 3, with a warm spring breeze, Ms Yang Xiaoli, Vice President of the Federation of Trade Unions of Weihai Economic and Technological Development Zone (ETDZ), together with all the staff of the Federation of Trade Unions of the towns and streets and the chairpersons of the trade unions of 16 enterprises, visited Weihai Ziguang for exchanges and visits. During the visit, the staff introduced in the development history of Weihai Ziguang and employee welfare in detail, elaborating on the company's core values, adhering to the people-oriented, committed to building a harmonious labour relationship; focusing on employee welfare and protection, and the establishment of a perfect salary system and incentive mechanism to ensure that the fruits of employees' labour are reasonably rewarded. In addition, it also focuses on the cultural life of employees and organises colourful cultural and sports activities to enhance their sense of belonging and cohesion.

Afterwards, President Yang Xiaoli and her team visited the Staff Home of Weihai Ziguang. With elegant environment and perfect facilities, it provides a comfortable and warm place for employees to relax. In the exchange session of the Labour Union Chairman's Lecture Hall, Ms Sun Shuxian, Chairman of Weihai Ziguang Labour Union, shared the company's experience and practice in the construction of labour union and the protection of employees' welfare, and carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions with all the chairmen of labour unions on how to play the role of labour unions better and serve the development of the employees and other topics. The participants spoke one after another and had in-depth discussions and exchanges on the hot and difficult issues of trade union work. They all agreed that they should jointly promote the development of trade union cause through strengthening communication and cooperation, and seek benefits for employees and promote development.
